Aundrea Dahl, Talent and Organizational Development Consultant, Zoom Video Communication
Aundrea is an initiate of Zeta Epsilon, Santa Clara, and is a former Collegiate Development Consultant, who has also held multiple advisory positions over the years. She has made her career about helping companies and leaders prioritize the development of their talent and to improve the effectiveness of their teams in order to achieve their business goals. She most recently joined Zoom as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant. She has worked in Talent Acquisition, Human Rereference

lists and now in Learning & Development and Organizational Development. Her experience has spanned across industries of retail, healthcare and technology and she will graduate with a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Denver in August.

Josie Driscoll, VP, Business to Business, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
Josie Driscoll is the Vice President of Business to Business (B2B) at Williams – Sonoma, Inc., leading theB2B division for Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams – Sonoma, Rejuvenation, and Mark & Graham. With a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high performing teams, Josie credits the early leadership opportunities and incredible mentors her Delta Gamma experience has provided her. As an initiate of the Zeta Iota Chapter at Chapman University, Delta Gamma has remained core to Josie’s experience since the day she graduated. First serving as a Collegiate Development Consultant, followed by a year on the Executive Offices staff, along with various volunteer roles including New Chapter Coordinator for NYU and UC Merced Chapters and the Nominating Committee representative for Region 1. Josie currently lives in New York City with her trusty feline sidekick Buckeye.

Terri Slade, Business Program Manager at Microsoft
Terri is an initiate of Pi chapter at the University of Montana. After graduating from Montana, Terri had the opportunity to give back to Delta Gamma as a Collegiate Development Consultant. After serving as a CDC, she started her career as a high school business teacher as well as an FBLA adviser, cross country, and track coach. After 12 years in education, she then spent over a decade “staying home” and raising her two children. During those years, she was chair of her co-op preschool, coached her daughter’s basketball team, was PTA President of Sunrise Elementary, and served on the Lake Sammamish Lacrosse Board. Currently, Terri is a Business Program Manager at Microsoft in US Services and a ICF certified life coach. Terri became a coach because she loves being with people and has a talent for inspiring others. She loves working with clients to identify gaps between what they have and what they want to grow and make changes.
