The Beach Boys & The Beatles – With A Little Help From My Friends (DJ L33 Beatles Pitch Mix) Colorized Photo Video

The Holidays are for FRIENDS! This is day 1 of 2 for my With A Little Help From My Friends mix releases. This is The Beach Boys singing With A Little Help From My Friends over The Beatles instrumentation, and then remastered.

This was a request from months ago from Bengt Stenstrom when I first started the Beach Boy project uploads. So never lose hope subscribers, if it works, I will get to it eventually!

I think this sounds great. I also made a second mix that will be released in 24 hours of JUST The Beach Boys covering this song, in a brand new stereo mix with the pitch corrected.

I left the pitch the way it was on the Rarities CD because it’s the correct pitch for The Beatles instrumentation. The pitch on The Beach Boys only mix coming out tomorrow will be a step up without losing the correct Beatles tempo, and you can tell more clearly that it is Bruce Johnston singing the lead.

People say it was a mistake when they released the Rarities album, but I disagree entirely. They didn’t accidentally release it with the correct pitch from The Beatles original version. And it sounded great, even if in mono.
