In order to place oneself in a special way “to proceed in intelligently conceived steps in order to reach a desired goal” requires the anga(limbs) of astanga yoga to be utilised.

Once established in dharma( yamas and niyamas) the sadhaka needs to practice asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi to attain yoga.

This Dynamic workshop will include all 4 practical aspects of astanga: asana, pranayama, dhyana and mantra.

Not suitable for beginners.
It is recommended that you do not practice yoga during your first trimester.
Stewart doesn’t demonstrate the asana practice. You need to concentrate on verbal cues.
You can use a brick or book during yoga practice and meditation session.
You can keep a notebook and a pen with you to write down Stewart’s book recommendations.
